Country Name
Sweden, officially the Kingdom of Sweden.
Location
Sweden is a Nordic country in Northern Europe. It borders Norway to the west and north, Finland to the east, and is connected to Denmark in the southwest by a bridge-tunnel across the Öresund Strait.

Capital
Stockholm.
Reason for Naming
The word Sweden is derived from 17th century Middle Dutch and Middle Low German. In Old English, the country was named Swéoland and Swíoríce (Old Norse Svíaríki). Early Modern English used Swedeland. The etymology of Swedes, and thus Sweden, is generally not agreed upon but may derive from Proto-Germanic *Swihoniz meaning "one's own", referring to one's own Germanic tribe.
Flag
The first use of the Swedish flag was in 1562. The current flag was adopted on 22 June 1906.
The Swedish flag was most likely inspired by the oldest Nordic flag -
Danish Dannebrog.
The flag consists of a yellow cross on a blue background that reaches the edges of the flag and its shorter arm is located closer to the hoist side (left side of the flag), The blue color represents justice, loyalty, and truth, and the yellow color on the cross represents generosity.
